1. Return Policy
- Final Sale: All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect found before the item is shipped.
- Defective Items: If a defect is identified before shipping, I will attempt to exchange the item. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
2. Payment Policy
- Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 1 week of receiving a quote. If payment is not received within this time frame, the items will be forfeited.
- Non-Refundable Shopping Fee: The shopping fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the items are forfeited due to non-payment.
3. Shipping Issues
- Broken or Lost Items: If an item is broken or lost during shipping, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
4. Order Form Completion
- Order Form Requirement: An order form must be completed within 1 week of receiving a quote. If no order form is completed, I am not liable for any missing items.
