Questions about a store, a code that did not work, or a brand you want us to cover — email us and a person replies, usually the same day.

Report a code that did not work

Tell us the store and which offer. We check it and take it down the same day. This is the single most useful message you can send us.

Submit a code

Send the store name, the code and what it gives (for example “15% off first order”). A person reads it before anything goes on the site. We will not publish codes that look personal to one account, employee codes, or codes obtained by getting around a store’s own rules.

Advertisers and affiliate networks

To have an offer amended or removed, to report a code that should not be public, or to raise a compliance point under the IAB UK Voucher Code of Conduct or Awin’s Code of Conduct for Publishers — email the address on the right and mark it for the site owner.

Removal requests are actioned ahead of everything else: normally within a few hours of being read, and always the same working day. We do not require a reason.
